About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead our continued growth in the number and depth of partnerships. In this role, you will be a central part of the revolution to electrify the transport sector by planning and implementing new partnerships, taking full ownership of your own projects, and contributing to the overall direction of the commercial team. The position is based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and reports to the Head of Partnerships.

About the Team:

Eco-Movement, part of Dow Jones, is a leading global platform for EV charge point location and pricing data. Customers of the platform include navigation providers, charge point operators, eMSPs, and the public sector. As an independent platform with more than 2 million connectors in over 80 countries, Eco-Movement is in a unique position to support the electrification of the passenger and heavy-duty vehicle segments.

You Will:

 

• Lead the acquisition of new Charge Point Operators, eMobility Service Providers, and other partners globally by building relationships, demonstrating value-add, and closing mutually beneficial deals.
• Manage strategic relationships with key partners by evaluating performance against KPIs, addressing operational issues, and driving continuous improvement of partner tools.
• Contribute to the overall commercial team strategy by applying insights from market trends, leading selected strategic initiatives, and eventually recruiting and retaining high-performing team members.

 

You Have:

 

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, business development, or related commercial roles, including at least 3 years in the EV industry.
• Proven track record of effectively building relationships across cultures and setting up successful win-win partnerships.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a solid affinity for data.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership and "get things done" in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
• Academic working and thinking level or equivalent experience.

Base Pay Range: €75,000 - €85,000
