The Paralegal – North America is responsible for supporting Cytiva’s Global NDA Program, including drafting, reviewing, advising on, and assisting North America requestors with non-disclosure agreements. This role also supports critical global legal workflows, including Material Transfer Agreements, business enablement training and communications, onboarding programs, templates, standard work, user guides, and other resources that help make it easier to do business across Cytiva and its operating companies.

This position reports to the Associate General Counsel, Operations & Enablement and is part of the Cytiva Legal & Compliance Team located in Marlborough, MA, and will be an on-site role. The role primarily works alongside Cytiva’s Lead Paralegal and Paralegal – EMEA (both based in the UK).

What you will do:

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a large law firm, corporate legal department, or in-house legal team, including experience independently reviewing standardized, scalable contracts.
• Experience working with common contract templates, including NDAs and MTAs.
• Proficiency with legal research databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital case lifecycle workflows.
• Experience supporting legal administrative operations such as service of process intake, legal holds administration, or shared inbox monitoring.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Degree or certification in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or paralegal certification from an accredited program completed or in progress.
• Experience in the life sciences industry or another regulated industry
• Experience using AI, automation, or workflow tools to streamline legal processes.

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000-110,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
