Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience with configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to support business processes. - Proficient in using APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system reliability. - Skilled in managing application releases and ensuring compatibility across integrated systems.
