As an Oracle Fusion Finance Senior Associate you will specialize in using and managing Oracle Financials software within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, supporting client needs across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and other finance processes. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, support junior team members, and build meaningful client connections while deepening your technical skills and business context. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will help configure, implement, and maintain Oracle Finance solutions, translate client needs into practical deliverables, and contribute to training and support that helps clients use the platform effectively.
Responsibilities
- Configuring Oracle Fusion Finance modules to support record-to-report, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes
- Analyzing client finance requirements and translating them into application design, setup, and functional specifications
- Supporting implementation activities across finance transformation workstreams, from requirements gathering through deployment and stabilization
- Testing configuration, validating transaction flows, and documenting issues, fixes, and process updates
- Preparing client-facing materials for process walkthroughs, solution demonstrations, and training sessions
- Interpreting financial data and system outputs to identify process gaps, control considerations, and improvement opportunities
- Coordinating with project team members to track deliverables, manage dependencies, and address implementation risks
- Mentoring junior team members on Oracle Financials functionality, project tasks, and engagement deliverables
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for Accounting, Finance, Economics, or MIS studies
- Oracle Cloud Financials certification or Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Experiencing Oracle Fusion Finance implementations for client teams
- Demonstrating accounting process knowledge and financial reporting awareness
- Interpreting data to shape insights and recommendations
- Navigating ambiguity while building client relationships and mentoring
