As an Oracle Finance Senior Manager, you will lead and guide client-facing teams within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, focusing on delivering innovative Oracle Finance solutions. You will leverage your skills and experience to drive impactful results, collaborating with clients to address their business needs and optimize their financial processes.

As a Senior Manager, you will apply your strategic vision and sound judgment to lead large projects and innovate processes. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. Your role will involve high-level client interaction, where you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, validating outcomes with clients and acting on their feedback.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be at the forefront of driving results and confirming operational excellence within our Oracle practice. You will deepen your skills, focusing on staying relevant in the ever-evolving landscape of finance technology, and contribute to the success of our firm by developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

Responsibilities

- Leading Oracle Finance projects and managing client relationships to drive successful outcomes
- Guiding teams in implementing Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management solutions
- Utilizing financial management software to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities
- Developing strategies for finance transformation and process improvements within client organizations
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Overseeing financial budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate finance process improvements
- Presenting financial reports and findings to clients, confirming clarity and actionable insights
- Validating compliance with regulatory authority requirements and financial reporting standards
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Leading finance transformation projects with strategic questioning and analytical thinking
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting to drive business process improvement
- Managing complex financial transactions and regulatory compliance with professional courage
- Excelling in client support and relationship building within finance technology projects
