1. Quản lý các hoạt động kho / Warehouse Operations Management
Chịu trách nhiệm chung về quản lý quá trình xuất nhập hàng và quản lý hàng tồn kho theo từng chủng loại và từng sàn thương mại điện tử đúng KPI.
Overall responsibility for managing inbound and outbound operations and inventory by product category and e-commerce platform in line with KPIs.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình xuất nhập hàng.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues arising during inbound and outbound operations.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan nội bộ (Tài chính, Nhân sự, An toàn, Mua hàng, Customer Service,...) để thực hiện đúng quy trình yêu cầu của công ty.
Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Safety, Purchasing, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure compliance with company procedures and requirements.
Quản lý bộ phận dữ liệu (Data) và các bộ phận khác để đảm bảo chính xác về tồn kho thực tế so với hệ thống.
Manage the Data team and other relevant departments to ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records.
Đảm bảo tất cả nhân viên thực hiện theo quy trình chuẩn.
Ensure all employees follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Đảm bảo kho luôn được sắp xếp đúng sơ đồ và đề xuất cải tiến nếu cần.
Ensure the warehouse is properly organized according to the layout and propose improvements when necessary.
Đảm bảo tất cả nhân viên từng bộ phận bên dưới thực hiện đúng vai trò và trách nhiệm của họ.
Ensure employees across all teams under the warehouse operation properly perform their roles and responsibilities.
Quản lý thu chi cho tất cả các hạng mục trong hoạt động kho.
Manage income and expenses for all warehouse operational activities.
Quản lý và điều phối ca làm việc có hiệu quả nhất theo từng thời điểm và theo yêu cầu cập nhật mới nhất từ khách hàng.
Effectively manage and coordinate work shifts based on operational needs and the latest customer requirements.
Đảm bảo KPI được thực hiện đầy đủ (bao gồm cả KPI về An toàn) cả với khách hàng và nội bộ công ty.
Ensure all KPIs, including Safety KPIs, are fully achieved for both customers and internal company requirements.
2. Quản lý các hoạt động liên quan đến an toàn, cải tiến / Safety & Continuous Improvement Management
Kết hợp với bộ phận An toàn đưa ra các chương trình đảm bảo an toàn cho nhân viên trong khu vực quản lý.
Work with the Safety team to implement safety programs for employees within the assigned area.
Xem xét tổng thể các hoạt động dưới kho và đưa ra các chương trình cải tiến năng suất, giảm chi phí, giảm thiểu những rủi ro.
Review overall warehouse operations and develop initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and minimize operational risks.
Đưa ra kế hoạch nhằm phát huy điểm mạnh của các thành viên trong nhóm để đào tạo nhân viên đạt được mục tiêu chung.
Develop plans to leverage team members’ strengths and provide training to help employees achieve common objectives.
3. Thực hiện các báo cáo / Reporting
Thực hiện báo cáo về số liệu chính xác của việc lấy hàng và cất hàng và quản lý tồn kho.
Prepare reports on picking and put-away accuracy and inventory management.
Báo cáo sự cố và làm CAPA.
Report incidents and prepare CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans.
Báo cáo KPI hàng tháng cho khách hàng.
Prepare monthly KPI reports for customers.
Báo cáo nhân lực làm việc và giờ làm việc.
Prepare reports on workforce and working hours.
Tổng hợp thông tin báo cáo billing cho Finance.
Consolidate billing information and prepare reports for the Finance team.
Thực hiện các báo cáo An toàn theo quy định công ty.
Prepare Safety reports in accordance with company requirements and regulations.
