What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day operational performance, including budget tracking, productivity, workflow efficiency, and team performance.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with local and regional leaders across various functions, as well as global functional resources, to align operational priorities and ensure efficient execution.
- Communicate proactively with key collaborators and direct teams to ensure clear understanding and carrying out of priorities, expectations, risks, and operational actions.
- Identify and implement guidelines across manufacturing, fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics processes.
- Support European sales and operations planning by ensuring EUIC operational readiness to meet customer demand, revenue targets, regional delivery requirements, and service expectations.
- Coordinate general operations of the EUIC, including production, logistics, warehousing, facilities and maintenance, inventory control, customer service, and regional fulfillment activities.
- Build team capability, engagement, and accountability through mentoring direct reports and supporting a positive workplace culture passionate about collaboration and ownership of outcomes.
- Champion safety, wellbeing, and quality across the EUIC by ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain and improve local policies, procedures, and standard operating practices for safe, efficient, and effective operations.
- Translate regional operational plans into clear team objectives, measurable benchmarks, and continuous improvement actions to support the company’s strategic priorities in Europe.
- Contribute to operational planning for future business changes, including capacity planning, customer service, quality, cost reduction, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance obligations.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Operations management positions.
- Demonstrated experience leading operational teams, including performance management, mentoring, and capability development.
- Experience in a European operations setting, preferably within manufacturing, integration, logistics, fulfillment, or regulated gaming technology activities.
- Strong communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to engage direct teams and cross-functional partners while promoting collaboration and accountability.
