Onsite Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site Level 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals at the customer’s location.
Deliver remote troubleshooting support via phone, email, or ticketing systems as required.
Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including deployment, configuration, maintenance, and disposal coordination of hardware.
Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook, resolving user issues related to email, calendar, and collaboration tools.
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Audio/Visual (A/V) and video conferencing equipment for meetings and corporate events.
Perform system installations, upgrades, and patching for Windows and macOS environments.
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation in line with ITIL processes.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams or vendors, while retaining ownership of tickets through to resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in desktop support, helpdesk, or similar technical role.
Operating Systems:
Proficiency in Windows and macOS
Basic working knowledge of Linux is an advantage
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of desktop hardware and software configurations
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management practices
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills in English and Korean (written and verbal)
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to support users at all levels
Effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Problem Solving:
Ability to diagnose issues logically and provide timely, effective solutions
Working Hours
Shift: Office hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Client site at Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul
