Job Description Summary

This is a global leadership position on the One Field Services (OFS) Finance team for the Gas Power Global Services business. The role sets the standard for how OFS plans, closes and reports, owning Core FPC standard work, SIOP, CapEx and the finance calendar, and leads a team covering Projects/SIOP and the HQ/Cost CoE. It requires strong cost and operational acumen, data and systems fluency, and the ability to partner with regional ITR, Operations and Services HQ to turn data into decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Core FPC Standard Work & Cost Ownership: Drive standard work on Core FPC across OFS regions and functions, and own cost numbers for Functions and HQ. Own the FPC targets and lead sustainable productivity.
• Closing, Reporting & Finance Calendar: Lead standard work on closing and reporting, with all OFS reporting driven from this team. Own the OFS finance calendar, aligning all deliverables with Global Services and Power HQ.
• SIOP Process Leadership: Enhance the Global Services SIOP process to include hours, movement, standard count definitions (e.g., high-calorie outages) and call-out predictions. Define the SIOP process for business lines beyond Global Services.
• Outage counts Reporting Standards: Define global standards for outage count reporting, including days.
• CapEx Ownership: Lead CapEx ownership and reporting across OFS.
• Data Integration & Insights: Partner with regional ITR and IT on data integration, including Astro and the new pacing tool. Drive automation and Power BI reporting that turn data into insights and outcomes.

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team covering Projects/SIOP and the HQ/Cost CoE.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of financial work experience in a global business environment.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure.
• Proven record of consistently meeting and frequently exceeding expectations.
• Proactive in driving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Operational mindset, with an interest in developing finance and business acumen.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Desired Characteristics

• Preferred graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g., FMP, OFLP/CAS, etc.)
• A passion for collaborating cross-functionally to solve complex operational and financial problems.
• Robust time management, the ability to work under pressure, and a prominent level of attention to detail.
• Experience driving process simplification and excellence using contemporary data tools, particularly the Microsoft Suite and Power BI.
• Quick to grasp new ideas and adapt.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $124,900.00 and $208,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
