This position is ideal for an Occupational Therapist seeking flexibility while helping build and grow occupational therapy services within the community. As the branch continues to expand its OT census and referral volume, there may be future opportunities for additional hours and potential transition to full-time status.

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

What is Required?

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Current, unrestricted OT license valid for the state of work

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a clinical care setting

• Able and willing to travel throughout the branch service area.

  • Seeking a clinician residing within approximately 60 miles of the La Grange branch location

  • Patient visits are typically scheduled within approximately 30 miles of the clinician's preferred coverage area

  • Dedicated scheduling support helps coordinate patient visits to maximize efficiency and minimize unnecessary drive time

  • Additional compensation is available for extended travel within the territory

• Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws.

• Must be able and willing to travel 50%

• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment

You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor or designee.

The base pay for this position is $XX.00 to $XX.00 per point, based on the company's good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
