The Job

You’ll help customers get the most out of digital products and services, supporting them through phone, email and chat.

Your tasks include:

• Helping customers with questions and technical issues
• Troubleshooting and finding the right solution
• Working with CRM and ticketing systems
• Following established processes and support guidelines
• Building knowledge of digital products and technology
• Working towards customer satisfaction and quality targets

You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer support, troubleshooting, CRM systems and digital products – useful skills for a future career in tech, customer experience or international business.

Requirements

You:

• Speak Norwegian fluently
• Have good English skills
• Enjoy helping and communicating with people
• Are comfortable learning new systems and technology
• Are solution-oriented and curious
• Want to live and work abroad

Previous customer service or tech experience is welcome, but not required.
