About the Role
To support the administration and processing of new group insurance business and post-issuance policy servicing (POS), ensuring accurate policy setup, timely servicing requests, compliance with operational guidelines, and excellent customer service to clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.New Business Administration
- Review and verify group and individual insurance applications, enrollment forms, and supporting documents.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of member data before policy issuance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to facilitate policy issuance.
- Create and maintain policy and member records in the system.
- Prepare and issue policy contract, certificates, endorsements, and related documentation.
- Ensure all new business cases are processed within agreed turnaround times.
POS (Policy Owner Service) Support
- Deliver daily POS requests for group and individual policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service standards and TAT.
- Monitor and follow up on premium collections to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, premium adjustment reports, and related correspondence accurately and on time.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system, process, and product enhancements.
- Prepare assigned reports within agreed timelines.
- Contribute to customer onboarding journey improvements and process enhancements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
