About You

Cromwell Property Group is seeking a National Tenant Engagement Manager to join our Property Management team in Brisbane. This is a 10-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave from October 2026 to August 2027 and we are open to either part-time or full-time arrangements.

We are looking for an experienced customer focused, marketing or tenant engagement professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You build trusted relationships, manage competing priorities and use data to improve programs and customer touchpoints.

You will bring:

• Qualifications in marketing, communications, customer experience, events or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience managing customer research or survey programs and turning feedback into clear insights and actions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and advise senior stakeholders.

• Strong program, project and supplier management skills, including budgets and competing deadlines.

• Experience with digital engagement platforms or content management systems and strong Microsoft Office skills. Commercial property knowledge will be valued.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will lead the delivery and continual improvement of Cromwell's national Tenant Engagement Strategy, combining customer experience, events, activations, communications, digital platforms and portfolio insights to strengthen tenant relationships and enhance the experience across Cromwell's assets.

This is a broad national management role for someone who can independently balance strategy, relationships, creative thinking, data and detailed delivery while maintaining consistency across a diverse portfolio.

This role may also require some interstate travel.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan and deliver national tenant engagement programs, campaigns, events and activations within approved budgets.

• Manage the tenant satisfaction survey program and use feedback and engagement data to identify trends, recommend improvements and track actions.

• Manage and improve Cromwell digital customer experience app (CromwellConnect), including content, campaigns, onboarding, user engagement, support and analytics.

• Lead and coordinate national tenant communications in partnership with Property and Marketing teams.

• Partner with Property Management, Facilities Management, Asset Management, Marketing and ESG teams to deliver portfolio initiatives and address customer experience opportunities.

• Manage suppliers, budgets, procurement, timelines and delivery across multiple assets.

• Support tenant welcomes, agent briefings, end-of-trip and lobby openings, and other customer experience initiatives.
