As a Senior Associate in IT Infrastructure Managed Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client operations within our Cloud Operations team. You will leverage your skills to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, confirming seamless client experiences and operational efficiency. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex scenarios and build meaningful client relationships. You will be responsible for analyzing intricate problems, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining professional standards.

Responsibilities

- Managing cloud infrastructure operations to support client needs effectively
- Overseeing cloud migration processes and optimizing cloud performance
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform for cloud administration and service management
- Implementing cloud infrastructure architecture design and optimization strategies
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues to maintain seamless operations
- Monitoring infrastructure performance using tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk
- Collaborating with teams to deliver cloud service solutions and strategies
- Confirming cloud compliance and security within managed services frameworks
- Providing technical consultation and support for cloud-based service management
- Analyzing data to inform cloud strategy and infrastructure management decisions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
