Rakuten Mobile Enterprise Solution Development Department provides mobile communication services and related solutions for corporate clients within the Rakuten Group’s core business, Rakuten Mobile. As a key department responsible for improving ARPU-a priority for the entire company-we contribute to solving our clients' business challenges by combining diverse solutions, including SIM cards, IoT, cloud, and security.
We aim to increase customer satisfaction and expand our business through optimal proposals tailored to customer needs.
Within the Solution Engineering Section, DX Engineering Group, and Mobile Coordinator Team, we provide a unified mobile environment that allows customers to work with peace of mind. This includes kitting services such as initial setup for smartphones, tablets, and PCs, requirement definition, construction, and operational support for help desks, as well as consulting for the introduction of mobile security such as MDM.

Due to business expansion, we are looking for talent who can lead DX for corporate clients at Rakuten Mobile.

Position Details
Your main responsibility will be conducting hearings and defining requirements for kitting and help desk services for corporate clients. Additionally, you will provide consulting for security implementation, including MDM, to form a platform for mobile utilization in corporate enterprises.

・Listen to corporate clients regarding current challenges and needs in mobile device utilization.

・Grasp details such as purpose of use, usage environment, number of employees, and security requirements.

・Define implementation requirements for optimal solutions (kitting, help desk, MDM, etc.) based on hearing results. 

・Support device selection (smartphones, tablets) based on customer requirements.

・Initial device setup (OS version upgrades, initial setup).

・Installation, configuration, and license management of designated applications.

・Security settings (password policies, device encryption, VPN settings, etc.).

・Device registration to MDM and application of profiles.

・Individual management (linking asset management numbers, user information, etc.).

・Packaging and shipping arrangements for kitted devices.

・Creation and management of kitting procedures and configuration information. 

・Definition of requirements for help desk structures according to the customer's organizational structure and scale (first-level support, secondary response, escalation flow, etc.).

・Analysis of inquiries after operation and proposals for improvement.

・Periodic reporting of operational status. 

・Definition of MDM functional requirements (security policies, app distribution, anti-loss measures, remote wipe, etc.).

・Design and construction of MDM environments (tenant creation, group settings, profile creation).

・Configuration of integration between MDM and existing systems (Active Directory, SSO, etc.).

・Operation training for MDM administrators and manual creation.

・Post-implementation operational support and proposals for periodic setting reviews.

・Project planning, progress management, and issue management.

・Administrative tasks such as creating estimates.

・Coordination with internal departments (Sales, Development, Support, etc.).

・Information gathering and self-study regarding new technologies and products.

Mandatory Qualifications:
・Experience in proposing and implementing IT solutions for corporate clients
・Practical experience with kitting services
・Experience in help desk construction and operation
・Basic knowledge of mobile devices
・Customer negotiation and communication skills
・Documentation skills
・Language: Business-level Japanese proficiency
・English proficiency: TOEIC score of 600 or higher (or equivalent qualification)

・Business-level Japanese proficiency. Must be able to understand Japanese business practices and culture, and perform smooth communication, negotiation, and presentations with customers.
