We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMB 단체상해보험영업팀 채용 (사원-차장급) at Marsh. This role will be based in the Seoul.

We will count on you to:

• 기업의 단체보험 (Group Term Insurance) 비즈니스 내에서 고객 유지 및 사업 성장을 위해 계정 관리와 영업 활동을 지원

• 선임 동료 및 내부 팀과 긴밀히 협업하여 고객 니즈를 파악하여 이에 적합한 보험 솔루션 제공

• 시장 조사, 잠재 고객 발굴, 그리고 잠재 고객 및 주요 이해관계자와의 관계 구축을 통해 신규 비즈니스 기회를 발굴

• 고객 데이터, 시장 동향, 보험사 정보를 분석하여 제안서, 프레젠테이션, 갱신 자료 준비

• 고객 서비스 수준을 유지하며, 고객 요청에 신속하고 효과적으로 대응

• 장기적인 상업적 성과를 지원하기 위해 고객, 잠재 고객, 보험사 파트너와의 관계를 개발하고 강화

• 고객 미팅, 업계 행사, 네트워킹 기회에서 회사를 대표하여 시장 내 가시성과 비즈니스 네트워크를 확대

  

What you need to have:

• 보험 브로킹 관련 경력 보유자 우대, 특히 단체상해보험(Group Term Insurance), 복리후생(Employee Benefits) 또는 유관 분야 경험자

• 고객 관리 보험 솔루션 경험 보유자

• 사원급의 경우 신규영업  업무에 관심있는 자
