We are looking for an experienced Offline Merchant Integration professional to drive end-to-end merchant integrations across EDC, Dynamic QR (DQR), SDK, APIs, and App Invoke platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete merchant integration lifecycle—from technical consultation and solution design to testing, deployment, and production go-live. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding and successful payment integrations.

The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in payment integrations, APIs, POS/EDC devices, SDK implementation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management. This is an individual contributor role requiring excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Own the end-to-end merchant integration lifecycle across EDC, Dynamic QR (DQR), SDK, APIs, and App Invoke solutions.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for merchants throughout the onboarding journey.

Guide merchants from technical discussions through UAT, certification, deployment, and production go-live.

Provide technical consultation on Paytm APIs, transaction flows, callbacks, and payment integration best practices.

Ensure timely onboarding while maintaining integration quality and defined service levels.

Enable merchants with seamless integration of Paytm APIs and payment workflows.

Support implementation of transaction APIs, callbacks, and payment lifecycle management.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve integration challenges and technical issues.

Assist merchants during UAT, certification, production deployment, and post-launch stabilization.

Support SDK and App Invoke integrations for Enterprise and Government merchants.

Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to validate integration requirements.

Test and certify SDK, DLL, and library updates across staging and production environments.

Enable successful integrations across Morefun, wired EDC devices, and Paytm payment terminals.

Ensure compatibility, stability, and deployment readiness before production rollout.

Manage the complete application release lifecycle for App Invoke integrations.

Coordinate with Compliance, NOC, Product, and Engineering teams for application approvals.

Drive successful publishing of merchant applications on PAX Store and Paytm devices.

Track release schedules, deployment milestones, and production readiness.

Provide advanced technical support for EDC devices, merchant applications, and payment integrations.

Perform log analysis, transaction monitoring, and root cause analysis for integration issues.

Debug callback failures, communication errors, and transaction-related issues.

Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve critical production issues within defined SLAs.

Minimize merchant downtime through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, NOC, Operations, Business, and Merchant Success teams.

Drive alignment between internal teams and merchant stakeholders for successful project execution.

Communicate integration status, risks, timelines, and deployment readiness to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure timely delivery of merchant-specific technical requirements.

Standardize and continuously improve merchant integration processes and operating procedures.

Maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, deployment trackers, and knowledge repositories.

Identify automation opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and merchant experience.

Ensure adherence to Paytm's technology standards, governance, and release management processes.

Track merchant onboarding progress, integration timelines, deployment success rates, and SLA adherence.

Develop dashboards and reports to monitor operational and integration performance.

Analyze recurring technical issues and recommend process improvements to enhance merchant experience and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

5–8 years of experience in Merchant Integrations, Payment Operations, API Integration, Technical Support, or Payment Solutions.

Hands-on experience with EDC devices, POS systems, payment gateways, APIs, SDKs, and App Invoke integrations.

Experience working with Enterprise or Government merchants is preferred.

Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, APIs, SDKs, transaction lifecycles, callbacks, and payment workflows.

Hands-on experience with EDC/POS device integrations and payment terminal technologies.

Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, payment protocols, and API troubleshooting.

Experience with staging, UAT, production deployment, release management, and integration certification.

Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues using logs, transaction analysis, and debugging techniques.
