このたびMedical Affairsチームでは、Medical Science Liaison（MSL） を募集しています。

本ポジションはField Medical Leadにレポートし、免疫グロブリン（IG）を中心とした免疫疾患・神経免疫疾患・血液疾患領域において、医学専門家との科学的パートナーシップを構築しながら、Medical Strategyの実行と患者さんへの価値提供を推進いただきます。

Your Role

医学専門家との関係構築・科学交流

• KOLや医療従事者（HCP）との長期的な信頼関係を構築し、科学的交流を推進する

• 医学・科学情報に関する窓口として、適切かつタイムリーな情報提供を行う

• 医学的インサイトを収集し、患者さんへの価値創出につなげる

医学戦略の推進

• ブランドチームおよびクロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、Medical Strategyの策定・実行に貢献する

• 医療現場から得られる知見を組織へ共有し、製品ライフサイクルマネジメントを支援する

エビデンス創出・研究支援

• Scientific Advisory Board、学会、医学教育プログラムの企画・運営を支援する

• Investigator Initiated Study（IIS）や共同研究、臨床試験関連活動をサポートする

• データギャップの特定およびエビデンス創出活動に貢献する

治療領域エキスパートとしての役割

• Immunoglobulinおよび関連疾患領域における高度な専門知識を維持・発展させる

• 最新の医学情報や競合環境を継続的に把握し、社内外へ知見を提供する

• Scientific TrainingやEducation活動を通じて知識共有を推進する

Your Skills and Experience

• MSLとしてのご経験、もしくはMedical Affairs、Clinical Development等のメディカル機能における経験

• 免疫グロブリン領域に関する知識・経験、または免疫・神経免疫・血液疾患領域におけるバックグラウンド

• 薬学、医学、生命科学、看護学等の関連分野の学位（PhD、PharmD、MD歓迎）

• 製薬またはバイオ医薬品業界での経験

• 科学的知見を活用したステークホルダーエンゲージメント能力

• 医療従事者やKOLとの信頼関係構築力

• 高い自律性、優れたコミュニケーション能力

• 日本語（ネイティブレベル）、英語（ビジネスレベル）

勤務環境

• フィールドベースポジション

• 国内出張あり（70％程度）

• 必要に応じて海外出張あり
