  • (ME IV) Manage and lead multiple projects and project teams, including cross-team efforts in a matrix environment, with a high level of autonomy and manageable risk and resource requirements, ensuring necessary support is given to meet lab operations and business needs. May coordinate the work of others.
  • (ME IV) Develop and implement improvements for equipment, systems, and maintenance procedures to improve safety, reliability, equipment availability, cycle time, utilization, and cost.
  • (ME IV) Apply advanced knowledge of routine and non-routine maintenance and lab procedures, and create and document procedures and best known methods (BKMs) for new operations with little input.
