Master Data Analyst

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Master Data analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Develop expertise on data governance and processes
• Develop expertise in master data set-up (includes conditional data such as PIR, Product Costing components, legacy systems, ServiceNow, SAP, S4 HANA, MD365). 
• Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests (i.e., tickets, material create/extend, cleansing, replacement, etc.)
• Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets (i.e., ticket resolution, material creation/extension, cleansing etc.)
• Coordination of respective queue or issue resolution, cycle time, leveraging global Master Data Global Operations Support team to meet Service Level Agreements
• Responsible for the facilitation of the data collection process and output for SAP S4 HANA, MD365. Includes follow-up with the business on missing fields or incorrect data
• Maintain business group workflow/routing configuration information
• Provide reports to assigned business team to enable end-to-end process visibility
• Identification of opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time
• May include coordination activities such as follow-up on data collection delays, data collection process administration, legacy process delays, product costing failures, and/or responding to general Master Data related questions or issues
• Create training materials, process flows, and procedures
• Be a point of contact for Division(s) for Material requests (new Material setup, Material extensions for sales org/plant, and reactivation, product hierarchy)
• Responsible for Escalation of issues as needed

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma AND +3 years of experience in shared service centers, customer service or master data.

OR

• Bachelor Degree's or higher AND +2 years of experience in shared service centers, customer service or master data.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following soft skills are also required:

• English Proficiency Advanced
• Experience using data collection master data tools (SAP, Salesforce, Legacy Systems, S4 HANA, MD365, Ticketing systems)
• Knowledge of Oracle and Saleforce

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Work location:  

• Hybrid (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Belen Heredia at least 2 days per month)
