Opportunity Overview:

As an early-stage startup, Cohere Health's marketing efforts span a wide range from demand generation and product marketing to event management, content development, and analyst and media engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an analytical, curious, and highly organized individual to make an immediate impact on Cohere's growth.

Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Operations in India and collaborating closely with the Demand Generation team in the US, you will sit at the intersection of process, people, and technology. Your responsibilities will include campaign execution, AI-enabled workflows, KPI reporting, project coordination, and process documentation.

What you’ll do:

• Campaign Operations: Support campaign setup and execution across HubSpot and Salesforce, including audience/list creation, campaign tracking, account and contact research, QA, and post-campaign reporting.
• Marketing Automation & CRM: Support segmentation, workflows, campaign management, data hygiene, and ongoing database maintenance across HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain recurring marketing reports and dashboards covering campaign performance, MQAs, account engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI using tools including Tableau and Google Sheets.
• Data Quality & Governance: Identify and resolve account, contact, campaign, and engagement data issues and support ongoing enrichment and data quality initiatives.
• AI & Workflow Optimization: Use Claude and other AI tools to improve research, analysis, documentation, reporting, and repetitive marketing workflows while maintaining appropriate QA.
• Project Coordination: Manage assigned projects and tasks in Monday.com, proactively communicate status, dependencies, and blockers, and help ensure work stays on schedule.
• Process Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation in Confluence, while identifying opportunities to simplify and improve existing processes.

ISMS roles and responsibilities 

• Fair understanding of Information Security practices. 
• Align to the organization policies and procedures.
• Ensure to get updated with ISMS roles as assigned by the department/process heads.

What you'll need

Must haves

• Working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce (for activities such as list management, campaign/member management, segmentation, data hygiene, and basic reporting)
• 5 years of work experience in B2B or D2C marketing ops, martech or rev ops
• Tableau (reporting/dashboards), Claude (AI platform), Monday.com (project management), Google Workspace
• AI fluency: Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to research, analyze and structure data, document processes, automate repetitive work and improve existing marketing workflows. 
• Clear communication and proactive escalation of blockers
• Ability to own projects from briefing through delivery with minimal hand-holding

Nice-to-haves

• Able to follow established SOPs while identifying gaps, inefficiencies, data issues, and opportunities to improve or automate workflows.
• HubSpot certifications 
• Demonstrated success in HubSpot and / or Salesforce management (stretch)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad (Nacharam), Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
