The Marketing team defines the company's marketing strategy, leading customer insight, pricing, corporate branding, and PR activities. We coordinate with the go-to-market and product marketing activities carried out by the Business Units, ensuring the alignment and effectiveness of initiatives. We govern the Group's digital platforms, managing lead generation, commercial campaigns, and communication initiatives throughout the various channels. We are committed to building and strengthening the Group's image.

You’ll join the Marketing Operations team as the specialist who keeps the HubSpot ecosystem running — workflows, lead management, CRM governance, and reporting — at the intersection of marketing and sales.

In particular you will:

• Design, build, and maintain standard and custom HubSpot workflows — from requirements to production — across both Marketing Hub and Sales Hub

• Manage the lead scoring model and the assignment workflows that route leads to the sales team, keeping the logic current as the business evolve

• Govern HubSpot properties, custom objects, and associations, ensuring the data model stays coherent and reliable across the entire platform

• Build and maintain dashboards and custom reports — including attribution reports and funnel analysis — working closely with the Data Analytics team to align on metrics and KPI definitions

• Monitor the active integrations within the HubSpot account and resolve any anomalies that emerge

What skills are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or marketing automation — with direct, hands-on work on HubSpot or a comparable platform

• Proficient in HubSpot’s core capabilities: advanced workflows, CRM object management, lead scoring and routing logic, and native reporting — including attribution reports and funnel analysis

• Solid understanding of the B2B customer journey and the lead-to-customer funnel, with the ability to structure the data behind it to make it actionable for both marketing and sales

• Comfortable working at the intersection of marketing and analytics, with the ability to align with data teams, map metrics and dimensions, and translate business questions into consistent KPI definitions

• Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level)

• Total compensation: €33.000 – €42.000, including the variable component tied to results. Full-time reference
