As a CNC Programmer Specialist, you will be responsible for: 

• Generation of CNC toolpaths
• 5-Axis CNC equipment
• Lathes
• Verification of toolpath interference with work parts
• Participation in Drill Bits related projects
• Experience in the proper application of milling tools utilizing correct formulas for best practices.
• Ability to make sound observations at the machine tool and document observations as well as share recommendations to his peers.
• Testing of new tooling and methods is an ongoing job responsibility as well as sharing feedback with colleagues and machine operators.
• Assist and diagnose machine tool interface.

To be successful in this role you will have:  

• Have high school diploma or GED
• Have experience running CNC equipment
• Works well in a fast paced high pressure environment
• Have Siemens NX CAM
• Have Vericut knowledge
• Have working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter
• Show ability to read and understand G-Code
• Works well within a team environment
• Minimum 5 years’ experience CNC programming (preferred)

• Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 AM or 7 AM - 4 PM or 6 AM - 3 PM
