Finning Canada is seeking a Temporary Manual Invoice / Electronic Invoicing Clerk for a 12-month term. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately creating and processing manual invoices in a timely manner based on internal business requests.This is a hybrid position based in North-West Edmonton, requiring three days per week in the office. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $23 to $25 per hour.

Job Description:
Major Job Functions:
Manual Invoice Entries
- Create accurate customer invoices based on tariff charges, customer agreements, and supporting documentation.
- Process urgent invoice requests within defined timeline expectations and business deadlines.
- Prioritize workload effectively to meet time-sensitive customer and operational requirements.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while processing large volumes of invoices in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure all completed invoices are submitted and tracked in accordance with company procedures.
Invoice Entries
- Daily analysis and reporting on invoicing status
- Daily entries of invoicing transactions into the customer’s AP system
- Reviewing previous days billing, ensuring the correct backup is included for entry into external AP portals.
- Investigate and Resolution any discrepancies
Administrative Support
- Respond to inquiries related to invoice creation and submission.
- Assist with reporting, document retention, and internal follow ups
- Ensure tracking report is updated daily with detailed notes
Required Skills:
- Previous administrative, data entry, or invoicing experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience processing invoices, maintaining records, and working with ERP systems (e.g., Ariba or Fieldglass) is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and reviewing data.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
