Job Description

Rockwell Automations is looking for a Manager, HRG - Korea to be based in our Seoul, Korea office.

Reporting to the Asia Pacific HR Director, you will partner strategically with the Korea leadership team to align our goals with Rockwell Automation policies, process, and programs. This will be achieved by driving organizational effectiveness, leading change management, organization development, and delivering talent effectiveness programs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Partner with Korea leadership in the creation and execution of country business strategy. Identify outside resources, particularly consulting and benchmarking resources to determine "best practices" that support the Human Resource strategy and programs. In conjunction with management, plan and formulate long and short range business and Human Resource objectives and goals, operating and employee relations policies and programs.
• Drive the enterprise people processes in a timely manner maintaining high levels of output quality, fairness and employee satisfaction
• Work closely with the country, AP and Global leadership on driving and managing change. Perform special projects on behalf of the Asia Pacific region and represent Korea in broader corporate initiatives and objectives.
• Be responsible for identifying staffing needs within the country and ensuring the recruitment of the highest quality candidates.
• Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to identify and ensure the development of talent for advancement to senior leadership positions. Prepare the annual human resource Leadership Review for the country, including replacement planning and identification of high potential employees.
• Identify the technical, professional and management training needs of the employees within the country.
• Lead and ensure that local labor compliances are in order and proactively take steps, including keeping all stakeholders informed, to mitigate any upcoming risks.
• Advise and assist senior leaders regarding employee performance issues and actions required for improvement.
• Be responsible for comprehensive, effective employee communication programs for the free flow of information and ideas, to address employee issues, maintain a culture of openness and empowerment and support the needs of the business and community.
• Be responsible for the development and leadership of all human resource professionals within the country.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of Korea local labour regulations
• Fluency in both written and oral Korean language

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 8 or more years of related HR experience,
• Prior experience in mentoring or managerial experience
• Good command of written and oral English language
• Influencing capabilities.
• Experienced professional supporting programs within HR functional programs including Talent Development, Compensation and Benefits, Succession Planning, Leadership Review, Organizational Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Change Management
• Work across functional lines in a global matrixed environment
