This is a permanent full-time role based in Bangalore, following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

Role Responsibilities -
The People Manager will lead global People Operations across Tier 1 and Tier 2 services, ensuring the timely, accurate, and consistent resolution of routine, specialized, and complex employee cases in accordance with established policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements. This role will oversee day-to-day operational performance, proactively manage risks and escalations, and ensure all agreed KPIs, service-level targets, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved. Operating with minimal supervision, the People Manager will maintain operational stability, drive continuous improvement, optimize team capacity and service delivery, and build a high-performing, accountable, and positive team culture.
- Lead global People Operations across Tier 1 and Tier 2 services, ensuring reliable and consistent support across regions, business units, and employee populations.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of routine, specialized, and complex employee cases, ensuring timely resolution and an excellent employee experience.
- Manage daily operations with minimal supervision, maintaining service continuity and ensuring the function operates effectively and as expected.
- Monitor team performance against established KPIs, service-level agreements, quality standards, productivity targets, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze operational trends, performance gaps, and recurring issues, implementing corrective actions and sustainable process improvements.
- Manage escalations and operational risks proactively, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Drive workforce planning, workload distribution, prioritization, and capacity management to maintain balanced and efficient service delivery.
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, performance discussions, skills development, and clear accountability for results.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture built on trust, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen collaboration and synergy across Tier 1, Tier 2, Centers of Excellence, People Partners, Technology, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure People Operations processes, policies, procedures, and knowledge materials are accurate, consistently applied, and regularly updated.
- Support global operational changes, system enhancements, process transitions, and transformation initiatives to improve scalability and service effectiveness.
- Provide clear performance updates, operational insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)
- Total experience between 6-10 years.
- Strong experience in day-to-day HR operations, including case management, employee administration, and related HR processes.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Willingness to work in the 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM shift supporting EMEA and US regions.
- Exposure to employee data management and experience in Workday is a must.
- Experience in Zendesk or other similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box!
It would be great If you have :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration/HR or another similar field.
- Good understanding and awareness of AI-related concepts and applications.
