You'll collaborate with issuers, trading participants, investors, and regulators, helping build and preserve confidence in Nasdaq's markets while contributing to important decisions that support market integrity and transparency.

About the team

Nasdaq's Surveillance function includes Listings, Surveillance, Enforcement, and Investigations and is at the core of Nasdaq's marketplaces. The team works closely with issuers, trading participants, investors, and regulators to help maintain fair and efficient markets, shape market rules and practices, protect investors, and uphold confidence in the financial markets. The Listings, Enforcement, and Investigations team, also known as Issuer Surveillance, is responsible for the listing and ongoing monitoring of issuers across Nasdaq Stockholm's equity, fixed income, and exchange-traded product markets.

  • Draft, update, and publish market announcements and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product, Back Office, and Trading Surveillance teams, to support the transparent, fair, and orderly functioning of the market.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Also, given that some working material is in Swedish, Swedish language skills are considered a merit.
  • Experience in financial markets, including an understanding of trading and financial instruments, for example securities operations or corporate action specialist.
