Job Description

Seeking exceptional candidates who are looking for an exciting career. As a Consulting Manager, you will work with our clients in multiple industries, helping their efforts to solve challenging issues. You will gain client-facing experience - regularly traveling to client sites, assuming leadership roles among their team, developing meaningful client deliverables and experiencing Kalypso's proud entrepreneurial and familial culture first-hand. The learning curve can be quite steep at times, but the work will help you develop a broad set of skills and enable you to explore areas that are of your interest. You will report to Consulting Team Lead, Sr Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will consult with Fortune 1000 clients on key business imperatives related to innovation, strategy and product development
• You will improve client's industrial operations processes and deploy supportive technologies like IOT, Advanced Analytics, Industry 4.0, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Cloud and Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• You will facilitate workshops and training sessions
• You will develop recommendations for process changes and organizational design
• You will design and implement disruptive digital technologies like Internet of Things, Machine Learning, and Augmented Reality to help clients promote business model improvement, help new customer experiences and build new internal capabilities
• You will prepare sales proposals, sales pitches and statement of works

Consulting:

• Integrate analytical results and recommendations into solution for client
• Try to understand cultural norms/communication styles of team members and use diverse styles on the project
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the team
• Lead the team and ensure excellence in delivery
• Take leadership role in driving internal projects and passion projects that improve and strengthen our community and better our people
• Lead engagement work planning and budget development

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Prior experience in delivery of digital / data projects in industrial environment.
• Familiarity across the full project lifecycle
• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them to the technical team;
• Structured approach to client / internal engagement
• Excellent written / verbal communications
• Travel approximately 50% of the time
• A bachelor's degree in (multi discipline) Engineering, Automation, Electrification or Chemical Technology

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Previous experience in process industries
• Fluency in Arabic
