Job Description

The Customer Success Professional (CSP) intern will assist in streamlining back-office operations and enhance efficiency by optimizing quote-to-cash processes, maintaining / enhancing customer workflows, and/or reducing administrative burdens for Customer Success Managers. The CSP intern will proactively address any issues to maintain data accuracy and ensure efficient operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize performance and enhance the customer experience
• Work with global quote to cash teams to ensure accurate data, reporting and processes.
• Transform raw data into insightful dashboards using Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and potential problems in reports.
• Assist with the training and enablement of processes and new/existing product launches.
• Update project plans and notes to help inform the team and stakeholders on pending issues on a proactive basis

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program at an accredited university
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Met us through an event or interned with us in the past

• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

• Experience with data visualization using Power BI or Excel (can perform complex functions)
• Relocation support is not provided for this role. You must be located within 50 miles of Milwaukee, WI to be considered

For this role, the hourly compensation is from $19- $28. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
