In this pivotal field role, you will dig deep into complex equipment issues, perform elite Certified Haas Annual Maintenance Programs (CHAMP), and deliver bulletproof on-site troubleshooting that maximizes machine uptime. Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $45,000 and $65,000 annually plus bonus opportunities. Requirements

• Mechanical and electrical skills
• A mechatronics, machining or engineering certificate or degree is a plus but NOT required
• CNC or machine tool knowledge or experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics is helpful
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the month between Monday and Friday to customer sites around the region
• Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers professionally.
• Ability to keep track of expenses and manage paperwork relating to maintenance completed.
