About this Machine Tool Maintenance Specialist role at Phillips Corporation
Are you ready to join a team of world-class machine service professionals? We are seeking a relentless, driven Haas Service Specialist to transform customer operations and keep high-powered manufacturing moving at peak capacity. In this pivotal field role, you will dig deep into complex equipment issues, perform elite Certified Haas Annual Maintenance Programs (CHAMP), and deliver bulletproof on-site troubleshooting that maximizes machine uptime. You will not just fix equipment—you will serve as an essential technical mastermind who collaborates directly with factory support and inside service teams to eliminate downtime and drive step-change productivity. Every inspection you complete, every service report you finalize, and every piece of feedback you return to the factory helps elevate industry standards and builds lasting trust with the shops that count on us.
To succeed here, you must bring a sharp critical-thinking mindset, an unyielding commitment to customer success, and a refusal to accept mediocrity in your work or results. You will actively partner with clients, working seamlessly with fellow team members to ensure every service dollar is spent wisely and every follow-up visit is executed without friction. Delivering a fast response time under 24 hours is standard practice, as is taking full ownership of the customer experience from start to finish. If you are passionate about continuous improvement, open communication, and advancing a world-class service culture where failure is simply not an option, we want you on our team to help lead the future of manufacturing service.
Phillips offers a world-beating collaborative culture and competitive pay and benefits. In our 65 year history, Phillips has grown from a handful of employees to over 900 supplying and supporting manufacturing technology in the United States and around the world.
