ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to an adult and geriatric patient population throughout the Dover, Frederika, and Townsend, DE communities.
Schedule
- Full Time 40 hours a week
- Day shift
- One weekend/month
- Two holidays/year
- Two on-call shifts/month
What You'll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments in the home setting
- Care for adult and geriatric patients with a variety of healthcare needs
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
What You'll Bring
- Current Delaware LPN license or Compact State license
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
- Home Health and/or Med-Surg experience preferred

Hourly Pay Range: $26.03 - $39.05This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
