Location: Arizona
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re hiring an Arizona Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a remote role focused on practical, client-centered care. You’ll provide virtual therapy to people navigating anxiety, grief, family stress, relationship issues, and major life changes, helping them build skills they can use in everyday life.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Assess client needs and create care plans
• Support clients with conflict, stress, grief, and life transitions
• Use appropriate therapy methods based on client goals
• Complete required documentation on time
• Follow privacy and state licensing guidelines

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Arizona LMFT license
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Experience with individuals, couples, or families
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable with remote care tools
