Job Summary
This position is responsible for creating and overseeing the implementation of promotional plans and pre-and post-sales literature and other materials for marketing and sales. Managing high level departmental or division projects and representing the manager and/or the department on committees and special task forces. Overseeing work of other department writers on projects and managing vendor relationships; developing, monitoring, and evaluating budget for literature under his/her purview; and working with other staff on budget projections.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree AND 7 years experience in communications environment OR 11 years marketing, journalism or communications experience.
- Knowledge of design, layout, and print production.
- Project management skills.
- Writing and verbal communications and editing skills.
- Independent, self-starter, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Journalism or Communications.
- Healthcare marketing experience.
- Experience supporting sales and broker teams.
- Expert proficiency developing Power Point presentations.
This position is expected to adhere to HCSC's hybrid flex work structure of 3 days in office weekly.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range
$69,800.00 - $125,900.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
