About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant.

In this role, you will:

• Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
• Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
• Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
• Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

• Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Securities Services, Capital Markets, Investment Banking Operations, or Financial Services Operations.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex cross-functional transformation and change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Securities Operations processes and operating models.
• Proven experience leading large-scale regulatory, market infrastructure, and industry transformation initiatives, including T+1 settlement and related operational change programs.
• Strong understanding of post-trade processes, settlement regulations, and regulatory change management within Securities Services or Capital Markets Operations.
• Experience with change management frameworks, governance, and delivery disciplines.
• Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Managing multiple concurrent transformation, regulatory, and technology initiatives while balancing competing business priorities and resource constraints.
• Driving cross-functional alignment among Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and external vendors with diverse objectives.
• Implementing regulatory and market infrastructure changes without disrupting day-to-day securities operations, client service, or operational controls.
• Delivering process automation, STP improvements, and platform modernization while ensuring stakeholder adoption, risk mitigation, and measurable business benefits.
