Job Description
You will be joining our Global People / Talent Acquisition and Employer branding team. We are covering mainly recruitment for local offices, but you can expect cooperation on global projects as well.
Your responsibilities :
- Sourcing and actively approaching talents in internal and external databases, job boards and social media
- Building and engaging a network and pipeline of professional contacts
- Conducting cold calls and pre-screen interviews with the candidates
- Supporting recruitment process (job description, advertising, interviewing, arranging process)
- Coordinating candidates during recruitment processes
- Administrating candidates’ data in ATS
- Supporting senior colleagues

- Advanced command of English (min. B2 level) and Slovak

We offer flexible working hours, we will tailor the working hours to your study schedule
Basic wage component (brutto): 7,50 EUR/hour
