We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Real-Time Analyst to join our Workforce Optimization team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring service levels are met across a multi-site environment by monitoring, analyzing, and adjusting workforce resources in real time.
 

How You’ll Shine

• Reviewing and entering workforce data into management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinating weekly scheduling and adherence activities to achieve performance goals.
• Serving as a subject matter expert and liaison between operations, leadership, and workforce management teams.
• Administering overtime and undertime opportunities to support service objectives.
• Monitoring real-time arrival patterns, identifying anomalies, and making adjustments to meet service levels.
• Generating ad-hoc reports and analyzing workforce metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Managing current-week time-off requests and intra-day schedule adjustments.
• Supporting attendance and workforce-related inquiries via queue calls and tickets.
• Collaborating on special projects and process improvements as directed by management.
• Ensuring consistent communication across sites to address service opportunities and maintain operational excellence.

What You Will Bring

• At least one year of workforce planning and call center/customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Access preferred.
• Familiarity with workforce management tools (e.g., IEX) and staffing software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpretive skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or a changing schedule as business needs evolve (in-office role).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with all levels of management and team members.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
