Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan hard copy shipping and logistics documents using company scanners
• Digitize and upload documents into the internal database/system
• Accurately input data from documents into tracking systems
• Ensure all records are complete, correctly categorized, and easy to retrieve
• Maintain proper document filing and version control
• Support document management and archiving activities as required

Key Requirements:

• Mandatory: moderate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Mandatory: Strong written and spoken English
• Good computer skills and familiarity with standard office tools
• Ability to operate scanning equipment and handle document digitization tools
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and discipline

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of logistics or shipping documentation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access or similar database tools
