WE ARE BASH

Bash is South Africa's largest omnichannel shopping platform. We connect over 500 brands across the physical and digital world, for millions of South Africans, every day. We're building something with real scale and real consequence.

We're founder led, a team of true owners and humble learners. We work hard, hold a high bar, and show up for each other. The problems aren't easy and the pace is real but when you break through, the impact is felt across the business and by the customers who rely on us.

If that sounds like the kind of place where you'd do the best work of your career, we'd like to meet you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this dynamic role, you will be part of the team driving the expansion of our omnichannel network by onboarding, training, and supporting stores joining the Bash Store endless aisle offering. • Proactive Performance Management: Moving from reactive support to proactive, insight-led decision making - surfacing patterns, identifying risks early, and enabling stores to act decisively.
• Decentralised Operational Insight: Empowering field teams by providing the right visibility and tools - creating clarity, consistency, and a culture of operational excellence across the stack.
• Driving Sales Through Operational Discipline: Linking compliance, readiness, and execution to sales performance - understanding what’s working, what’s missing, and how to replicate success.

• Understanding of the omni channel ecosystem within retail
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving ops support queries

Where you'll be

We are intentional about connecting and give you the tools & equipment to enable you to do work that matters. We also believe that doing certain types of work happens best organically which is why we encourage our teams to travel so we can make magic happen face to face. Our office has a vibe. They are decked out to make collaboration easy and help our team create lasting connections with each other.

We ask a few optional demographic questions to monitor fairness in hiring and comply with South Africa’s Employment Equity requirements. Your responses are confidential—stored separately from your application and never shown to hiring panels. We review the data only in aggregate to strengthen our sourcing so pipelines are diverse and all candidates receive equitable support. You can skip any question.
