Job Summary
We are seeking a Java Software Engineer with Mandarin proficiency to join our global delivery team.
In this role, you will work closely with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and cross-functional teams, contributing to the design, development, and enhancement of software applications in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java technologies
- Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and best practices
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical improvements
- Collaborate with team members and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support implementation based on technical specifications and architecture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in Java development
- Strong understanding of OOP principles and SDLC
- Experience with Java and related technologies (e.g., SQL, APIs)
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork ability
- ✅ Mandarin proficiency (spoken & written) is REQUIRED
- ✅ English proficiency at working level is sufficient
