About the Role
The Revenue Optimization Intern is directly responsible for supporting the Kensington Partner Relations team to drive various supplier revenue optimization initiatives, performing ad hoc analysis, building business cases, and maintaining consistent reporting to drive business decisions. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive modeling and analysis for partner compensation to determine ROI of partner participation in the Kensington Tours marketplace 
  • Develop and implement consistent partner segmentation to support commercial negotiations 
  • Facilitate regularly partner performance assessment through building necessary reporting, BI dashboards, and visualizations 
  • Build business cases for strategic growth initiatives 
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for supplier content and revenue optimization  
  • Conduct market research and synthesize competitive information to drive business growth 
 
Qualifications
  • Excellent business analysis and strategic thinking skills 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to influence at the senior executive level 
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills 
  • possess a growth mindset, are adaptable, and thrive in ambiguous, unstructured situations 

 

Position Details

  • This is a full-time, hybrid internship offering $20 per hour for 40 hours per week.
