Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager - Service (HVAC) to lead service operations, manage field service teams, and ensure customer satisfaction across HVAC systems and solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for service delivery, maintenance operations, customer relationship management, team development, and achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HVAC service operations, including preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and AMC execution.

• Lead and supervise a team of service engineers and technicians to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

• Monitor service KPIs, response time, service quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.

• Drive service revenue growth through AMC renewals, modernization opportunities, and spare parts sales.

• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless service delivery.

• Review technical reports, service documentation, and maintenance schedules.

• Support customer escalations and provide effective technical solutions.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, tools, and resources.

• Conduct performance reviews, training, and development activities for team members.

• Prepare and present operational reports, forecasts, and service performance dashboards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• 8-12 years of experience in HVAC service operations, maintenance, or project execution.

• Strong knowledge of Chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV Systems, Package Units, and HVAC Controls.

• Experience in handling customer relationships and service teams.

• Good understanding of AMC management and service contract execution.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Service Management tools.
