The role of the Instore Brand Program Manager is to build and deliver visual direction on key strategic initiatives across all categories. The Brand Manager is responsible for building and communicating brand initiatives across the store network supporting visual and corporate strategy while creating a compelling and dynamic customer in-store experience.  Building both internal and external relationships is critical to ensure effective communication and direction is provided supporting a best-in-class customer experience.

• Support and build visual communications that will provide direction and insight into upcoming visual initiatives and instore visual execution.
• Work with key vendors on instore merchandising communication and standards and oversee vendor visual merchandising programs.
• Support the execution and maintenance of key brand initiatives partnering with cross functional groups to deliver timely execution and elevated brand presence in the store.
• Works collaboratively with field teams to support store related requests to ensure instore graphics and other related requests are executed in a timely manner and reflect our brand strategies. 
• Support the category management team in preparing directives and support store opening requirements as needed.
• Collaborates and builds strong relationships with all levels of store management, visual merchandising teams, purchasing, marketing and external vendor partners.
• The Instore Brand Program Manager must be a strong liaison between Operations, Purchasing and Marketing, directing communication efficiently and effectively in order to meet all corporate and vendor visual objectives.  

What you bring 

• Exceptional communication, organization and time management skills.  The ability to manage multiple priorities and time sensitive projects is a critical component to the success of this category.
• 3-5 years experience in a visual merchandising role is an asset.
• Fundamental computer skills are necessary to succeed in this role
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an asset.
• High energy, enthusiasm and a drive to succeed.

Broadband Salary Range: $41.00 - $67.00 CAD hourly

Our typical hiring range is between $41.00 and $54.00 hourly. Hourly decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. We're committed to attracting top talent.  For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
