Inside Sales Executive/Coordinator (Construction)

Salary Range:
- $2500–$4000

Job Description:
- Actively seek out and engage potential customers to expand the client base through cold calling and outbound sales activities.
- Attend to sales enquiries across multiple platforms, including WhatsApp, calls, and email.
- Create customer orders in the admin system and coordinate appointment scheduling via Handyman apps.
- Prepare and issue quotations based on updates from the operations team.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Introduce the company portfolio and promote in-house services to customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team to address customer enquiries and clarify job scope or quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Executive role.
- Candidates with experience in Construction, Handyman Services, Renovation, Facilities Management, Maintenance Services, or related service industries will be preferred.
- Experience in preparing quotations, coordinating service schedules, and handling customer enquiries is an advantage.
- Comfortable with cold calling and customer engagement.
- Willing to learn and possess a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
