POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose

The person is the SPG commercial team’s administrative assistant. He/She will be working with sales representative to assist the related internal SAP system maintenance program. Including workbook access, BW report, EAR access and assist sales team to integrated sales report.

Not only in charge of general administrative duties but assist the business manages in various compile integrated data and Cross-departmental communication, basic communication with customers, coordination and this position report to SPG sales manager. 

不僅負責一般行政職責，還協助業務管理人員進行各種匯總數據、跨部門溝通協調及基本客戶連繫，並向SPG銷售經理匯報。

Nature and Scope

The role is the key to support our PG business team in internal system. The member must also can communicate and coordinate with other units to achieve the effectiveness of the internal work of the team.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

此業助負責部門行政工作，需要與內部單位跨部門合作及外部門連繫，此職位也需協助推動業務成果與追蹤專案進度，另外也負責部門流程的控管，並將所有遇到的狀況匯整報告至業務主管

負責部門行政工作 負責業務團隊—收集、匯整、歸檔 業務報表生成及基礎數據分析 建立Workbook作業 跨部門合作、溝通協調完成任務 追蹤各項目進度並定期更新進度報告 與客戶以電話連繫方式，處理訂貨等問題

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The candidate should ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business.  Demonstrated Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel and Power Point is required. 

•   Minimum 5 years’ related experience, able to work independently. 

•   Customers service-related experience preferred. 

•   Basic English ability. 

•   Good at communication, Positive & active personality to achieve teamwork.

•   Personality with proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.

•   至少5年相關經驗，能夠獨立工作。
