• Shift-Left Quality Advocacy: Partner with development teams early in the software lifecycle to establish quality requirements, improve testability, and prevent defects before deployment.

• CI/CD Integration: Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing, faster feedback loops, and quality gates throughout the software delivery process.

• Cross-Platform Validation: Develop and execute automated tests across desktop, mobile, and cross-browser environments to ensure a consistent customer experience.

• Domain Expertise Development: Quickly develop an understanding of Employee Benefits products, business processes, customer journeys, and regulatory requirements to ensure effective test coverage and quality outcomes.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Architects, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive adoption of engineering best practices, automation-first testing strategies, and modern quality engineering methodologies.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise-wide shift-left testing and continuous quality engineering practices.

• Experience supporting cloud transformation, modernization, and migration initiatives.

• Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and production diagnostics.

• Experience testing cloud-native applications deployed on Kubernetes.
