What we are looking for:
- You have 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation or consulting — ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech or finance software
- You have led complex, multi-stakeholder deployments for mid-market or enterprise clients, several in parallel.
- You are comfortable engaging CFOs and finance leaders directly, handling friction and escalations autonomously.
- You have solid business, finance or treasury acumen, or a strong appetite to build it fast.
- You are at ease with technical topics: data integrations, banking connections, ERP connectors, dialogue with IT teams.
- You are structured and methodical, and you have built processes rather than only applied them.
- You have an excellent level of French, able to lead full business conversations, and a fluent level of English.
- You enjoy sharing your expertise and helping more junior profiles grow.
- You are ambitious, autonomous and thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
