Job Summary

Process Excellence leads Treasury transformation engagements across Treasury processes. The role partners with senior stakeholders to design future-state processes and AI-enabled operating models, leads transition workstreams, and bridges Treasury subject matter experts with AI, data, and technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

·   Lead end-to-end process excellence workstreams, including As-Is process mapping (L1–L4), maturity assessments, gap analysis, and To-Be design across Treasury processes with AI-enabled process flows.

·   Drive business process transformation with AI use-case identification and design across Treasury processes; prioritize interventions with measurable impact.

·   Design future-state operating models for GBS / Shared Services, including organization structure, process scope, SLA frameworks, and governance mechanisms.

·   Agentic AI Design & Delivery: Hands-on design and deployment of Agentic AI / GenAI-powered solutions; work in design and development pods with FDEs, AI/data engineers, and automation specialists.

·   Treasury AI Solution Architecture: Translate business process requirements into functional specifications for development teams; bridge Treasury SMEs and technical developers.

·   AI Fluency: Apply knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, and AutoGen; evaluate AI model outputs for Treasury use cases and identify fit-for-purpose AI approaches by process.

·   Automation & Integration Design: Map integration touchpoints, assess API-based workflow automation opportunities, and contribute to value-case development.

·   Leverage Low-Code / No-Code platforms during AI programme design phases; demonstrate an understanding of API middleware architectures such as MuleSoft and Azure Integration Services.

·   Drive business-case development by quantifying efficiency gains, FTE rationalization, cycle-time improvement, and cost savings across process redesign and AI interventions.

·   Manage project teams of 3–6 members; coach junior consultants, ensure delivery quality, and maintain client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.

·   Contribute to practice asset development, including process frameworks, AI use-case playbooks, transition templates, and proposal content.

Professional & Technical Skills

CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E / Bachelor’s in Data Science – Tier 1 institute

 

Good-to-Have Skills

• Multi-agent orchestration (CrewAI / LangGraph / AutoGen)
• SAP S/4HANA or Kyriba Treasury modules knowledge
• Process Mining (Celonis / Signavio); Power BI / SAC for Treasury analytics
• Exposure to one or more enabling Treasury systems (SAP, Kyriba, FIS, ION, GTreasury, or equivalent)
• Treasury process-level expertise: 2+ processes preferred, including Cash & Liquidity Management, Financial Risk Management, In-House Banking, Payment Automation & Bank Connectivity, and Working Capital Management.
