About the role: 
 

Seeking an HVAC/Data Center Operations Manager with 8 to 15 years of experience for the Telangana region. This role manages 4 to 5 site engineers to deliver flawless SLA performance with zero escalations across AMC, retrofit, preventive, and breakdown maintenance contracts with the respective Datacentre Clients. The ideal candidate will conduct monthly/quarterly customer reviews and actively drive revenue generation within the service department related to Datacentres.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as key point of contact for Data center customers in the region, ensuring timely resolution of service issues and escalation.

• Manage end -to -end service delivery for assigned HVAC service accounts, including warranty service, annual maintenance contract SLA adherence, operation and maintenance along with break fix contracts.

• Coordinate with internal teams including service engineers, service sales engineers, Quality team and factory, sub-contractors and supply chain.

• Implement best practices in safety, quality and statutory compliance.

• Conduct periodic service reviews and performance meeting with customers.

• Identify opportunities for value-added services.

• Handle customer audits, technical discussions when required.

• Ensure proper manpower planning, training, performance reviews and skill enhancement.

• Drive a culture of accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement.

Experience & Education Required:

• 8 to 15 years of experience with proven expertise into Datacenter Operations.

• Diploma or Any Engineering degree
