What would you do? • The Payroll Associate will process all Payroll incoming requests received through emails, workflow tools, or other applications. These requests include resolving and completing service requests and working collaboratively with team members, internal teams, third party vendors, and clients. • Payroll experience into US UK International • Graduate in any discipline. • Shift Timings • Must be flexible with respect to shift timings

Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing all Payroll Inputs, Payroll Reports, Payroll Controls, and Payroll Inquiries as per business rules. • Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands on processor. • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues or problems. • Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service. • Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data. • Update client applications accurately and quickly in accordance with the appropriate User Guides. • Understand and adhere to Accenture processes and working methods. • Understand relevant payroll legislation as appropriate and manage cases and inform clients. • Understand and perform the full range of Payroll processes including Payroll Inputs, Payroll Controls and Checks, Payroll Reports, Payroll Inquiries, Year End activities, and Adhoc Payroll activities. • Maintain a clear understanding of existing performance metrics in the process, how they are measured, and improve the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. • Propose process improvement ideas that reduce time, improve accuracy, or enhance controls. • Participate in team building activities. • Knowledge Skills Requirements • Good organizational and prioritization skills. • Good oral and written communication skills. • Analytical and problem solving skills. • Multicultural awareness. • Passion for customer service. • Team player. • Results and detail oriented. • Focus on high data accuracy. • Quality driven in communications and all system transactions. • Good written and verbal skills. • Strong English language communication skills
